How to become a supplier to KNPC?

More than five decades old, Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) is the state-owned oil refining company of Kuwait. The firm is involved in oil refining, gas liquefaction, and petroleum goods distribution within the local market. Suppliers can explore a number of business opportunities at KNPC and this blog will guide you through the process of supplier registration.

Follow the simple steps below:

1. Visit the official website of KNPC.
2. Scroll down the webpage, and you will find the Services section at the bottom of the page. Click on E-Tenders option under this section.
3. On the webpage which opens up, click on the Supplier Registration tab.
4. After clicking you will be directed to the Supplier Registration portal of KNPC. Read carefully the documents required to be submitted if you’re a local or foreign company.

   

5. Post this step, proceed to the Supplier Registration by clicking on the Supplier Registration option below the documents list.
6. Fill the supplier registration form and click on SAVE on the top of the page.

   

7. KNPC will authenticate your company and will provide you a temporary password on your registered email id. Use these login credentials to access your account.

Note:

• The local suppliers are required to visit the KNPC Head Office and submit the Supplier Registration form along with relevant documents.
• To foreign suppliers, should any anomaly in submission is found it will be communicated through comments and email alerts by KNPC.
