How to pursue a career at IOCL?

Founded more than 50 years ago, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is the biggest oil guzzler in the nation, operating under the Government of India’s umbrella. The integrated energy major is headquartered in New Delhi, India. The firm is currently under the leadership of Mr. Sanjiv Singh, who serves as the Chairman. • For open recruitment, IOCL publishes advertisements in leading national dailies of India. If you meet IOCL’s requirements, please apply online through their website. It floats all its job notifications and the link to be followed on their ‘Latest Job Openings’ page.

  

• On the webpage, PDFs are available containing the procedure to be followed to apply for each job opening. Please follow the same.
• IOCL scrutinizes all the applications and checks for the eligibility. The candidates meeting the criteria are henceforth asked to come for a written examination. They are further called for group discussion/ group task and interview, based on their performance in the written examination.
• In case of campus recruitment, IOCL hires final year engineering students from the IITs, NITs and other reputed technical institutes of the country, while final year MBA students are recruited from prominent business management institutes. It also recruits Chartered Accountants from various centers of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
