Heat Exchanger is a system for transferring heat between two fluids. This device is used in heating and cooling processes. The two fluids may be separated by a solid wall or could be in direct contact. A solid wall will allow the two fluids to exchange heat. When using a heat pump, the process is much simpler because the pump only has to work when the temperature of the liquid or gas is high enough. A space heat exchanger ( SHE ) is a popular choice for residential and commercial applications because of its small size. However, it has other advantages as well. A compact SHE has a smaller footprint and lower all-around capital cost. Meanwhile, an oversized SHE can provide increased thermal efficiency and lower energy costs. It is important to understand that the type of heat exchanger you buy will determine how much it costs. A space heat-exchanger is one way to reduce the cost of a heating and cooling system.
