“Without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community.”
– Anthony J. D’Angelo

The consumer of present times prioritizes ‘corporate social responsibility’. Consequently, corporations are incorporating social change with their vision, aspirations and practices.
Being primarily involved with the oil and gas industry across the international spectrum, we understand the threats posed by this industry to the society and the environment. Undoubtedly, oil and natural gas will form the most crucial component of the energy mix in the times to come. However, these resources need to be produced in a futuristic manner, which relies more on the foundation of technology, innovation and high environmental performance standards.

In an endeavor to make our contribution to sustainable development, we have joined hands with One Tree Planted. When you subscribe to our premium plan or above, we plant 25 trees in partnership with One Tree Planted.
One Tree Planted is a non-profit organization based in Shelburne, Vermont. They work with wonderful reforestation organizations across the globe that need financial assistance to help them get more trees in the ground. Trees are planted by them in North America, South America, Asia and Africa. Most of their projects help with restoration from forest fires and floods, as well as creating employment opportunities, building opportunities and protecting the biodiversity.
Greenhouse effect and global warming is on everyone’s mind and this is where trees come into the picture. ‘Trees help cool the planet by sucking in and storing harmful greenhouse gases, like carbon dioxide, into their trunks, branches, and leaves, and releasing oxygen back into the atmosphere. In cities, trees can reduce overall temperature by up to eight degrees Celsius. With more than 50% of the world’s population living in cities—a number expected to increase to 66% by the year 2050—pollution and overheating are becoming a real threat. Fortunately, trees can absorb up to 150 kg of carbon dioxide per year, making cities a healthier, safer place to live.’
One dollar for one tree, and that’s how simple One Tree Planted has made it for us to contribute to the environment.
Let’s plant some more trees. We care for our business, our people and our community.
