How to become a supplier to Lukoil?

How to become a supplier to Lukoil?

1. The first step in the process is to visit Lukoil’s International tender portal.
2. The webpage contains all the necessary information about procurement of goods, work and services in Lukoil International Procurement, and its regional companies (UPSTREAM & DOWNSTREAM). Read the section very carefully.

3. After you are through with the section, click on the Self-Registration Form link given in the third paragraph of the text. The web link will direct you to the Supplier Relationship Management page. Choose from a drop-down list of countries the one for which you want to log in and then press the OK button.
4. After this, a registration form will open up. Before you begin to fill it, please note that there’s a download link of Registration Instructions at the top of the page, download the same and read it carefully.

   

5. You are required to fill up your company details, contact address and the concerned person’s or key representative’s contact details. Click on the Submit tab at the bottom of the page after filling all the important details.
6. In case of acceptance, the system login and password will be sent to you on your registered email address. Use these login credentials and change the temporary password to protect your account.
7. Now, you are a registered supplier at Lukoil’s Supplier Relationship Management portal.

Note: Mere registering on the Supplier Relationship Management portal of Lukoil is no guarantee that you’ll be awarded the contracts of the tenders released pertaining to the products and services of your organization.
