Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is an Indian oil firm, established in the year 1974. It is presently operating under the ONGC’s umbrella. • You can start with the process by visiting the ‘Our Current Openings’ section of HPCL’s website. The webpage lists all the current job openings offered by HPCL. Please go through the page, and select the type of job you want to apply for.

• Upon clicking the job title, a drop-down menu will appear featuring the link to be followed in order to apply for the job position. The application process requires you to have a soft copy of your resume (size less than 200 kb) and a scanned image of a passport size photograph (size less than 50 kb).
• From the next page onwards, the website will ask for various personal details apart from educational qualifications and specifics.

• HPCL scrutinizes all the applications and checks for the eligibility. The candidates meeting the criteria are issued an admit card from the company. They are, then, asked to come for a written examination. The process continues to group discussion/ group task and interview, based on their performance in the written examination.
• Results are published on HPCL’s website, and you are communicated about the proceedings through an official channel.
